Additionally, to fully maximize the benefits of the technical conference program, there are various registration package options available. Ways to Save
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: Attendee registrations received before September 8, 2023 will save 10% off the posted price during checkout. Does not apply to student and speaker registrations.

CORPORATE MEMBER DISCOUNTS: Under the new corporate member structure, registered employees of corporate members receive additional discounts off the posted member rates by tier as follows:
Bronze = 10%
Silver = 15%
Gold = 25%
Discount is automatically reflected in ticket price for signed in members.

GROUP DISCOUNT: Register four or more employees from the same company and deduct $50 off each registration!

Exhibiting companies and attendees may be contacted by individuals that claim to represent our events, and organization. SMTA does not share attendee or exhibitor data with external parties. If you are contacted by companies selling this data, please use extreme caution and do not purchase this data. This is especially true of hotel agencies and attendee list solicitors.
SMTA International Cancellation Policy
SMTA reserves the right to cancel any event due to low attendance. Registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 processing fee) if written notice is postmarked two weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations received within two weeks of event date will not be refunded to cover costs incurred. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
SMTA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the SMTA or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, SMTA shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses.
