WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Solder Paste Printing

Solder paste printing involves applying a layer of solder paste onto a PCB through a stencil. This process is critical for ensuring that solder is properly placed where components will be mounted.

Solder Paste Inspection

Solder paste inspection is the process of verifying the correct application of solder paste on a PCB. This step ensures that the paste is applied uniformly and in the right locations, which is essential for successful component soldering.

SMT Loader

An SMT loader is used to automatically load printed circuit boards (PCBs) into the assembly line. This equipment helps in streamlining the process and reducing manual handling of the PCBs.

Component Placement

Component placement machines, also known as pick-and-place machines, are used to accurately position surface-mount devices (SMDs) onto PCBs. They play a key role in the assembly of electronic circuits.

AOI System

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems are used to inspect PCBs for defects in soldering, component placement, and overall assembly. They use cameras and image processing software to identify errors.

Soldering System/Reflow Oven

A reflow oven is used to solder components to a PCB by heating the assembly to a temperature that melts the solder paste. This process forms reliable electrical and mechanical connections between components and the board.

Cleaning Equipment

Cleaning equipment is used to remove flux residues and other contaminants from PCBs after soldering. This step is important to prevent corrosion and ensure the long-term reliability of the electronic assembly.

Rework

Rework stations are used to modify or repair PCBs by removing and replacing components or correcting soldering defects. This equipment allows for the correction of errors and updating of assemblies.

X-Ray/Test

X-ray inspection systems are used to non-destructively examine the internal structures and solder joints of PCBs. This testing ensures that hidden defects, such as voids or misaligned connections, are detected.
