Exhibitor Liability Insurance
A requirement of exhibiting at SMTA International 2025 is for ALL exhibitors to carry liability insurance throughout the exhibition.

Early Move-In Request Form
In order to be considered for early move-in you MUST submit the digital 2025 SMTAI early move-in form. Once your form is submitted, a member of the SMTA Expo team will promptly notify you via email regarding the approval status of your request for early move-in.
Submit by September 26 to be approved for early move-in.
*Please ensure that all required information is accurately filled out and submitted by the specified deadlines!

**The exhibit hall will be open to exhibitors until 5PM, but RES Services will conclude at 12PM.

Monday, October 20, 2025: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
*The exhibit hall will be open to exhibitors until 7:00PM, but direct shipments will not be accepted after 4:30PM.
Tuesday, October 21, 2025: 8:00AM - 3:00PM
*RES Services conclude at 10AM and set-up must be confined to your booth area after this time.

Booth Equipment
Each 10' x 10' booth package will be set with 8' high black back drape, 3' high black side drape, and one wastebasket. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive an identification sign upon request.

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted in tuxedo. Show Management requires all exhibitors provide flooring for their booth.
