Requirements: Must be previously unpublished and non-commerical

Up to but no larger than 4 x 8 ft (landscape orientation)
Title Font Size
72pt
Title should be at the top of the poster in 72pt font
Body Font Size
20 - 24pt
Body text in 20 - 24 pt font, Times New Roman or Arial

Authors names and affiliations should be directly below the title in a smaller font

Color figures, charts, and photos are more effective than text alone

All paragraphs and figures should be clearly labeled by number, letter, or arrows with accurate descriptions
Keep it simple! Less is more! Design your poster to be self-explanatory and communicate key points even when you are not available to answer questions. You want your visitors to be able to understand your presentations from the descriptions and graphics you include. This is a graphic display and not a technical paper.
Presenting Your Poster

Prepare a 2-4 minute overview to guide interested observers through your poster

Roll your poster and transport it in a shipping tube that fits in an airplane overhead bin

Submit your physical poster to the registration desk by 12:00pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2027

A bulletin board and push pins will be provided (board identified with your name)

Let observers view your poster before offering to guide them

If you have a handout prepared (not required), have copies available for attendees
