About the SMTA Next Gen 10 Program
The SMTA Next Gen 10 Program recognizes ten emerging leaders who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in their careers and meaningful contributions to the electronics manufacturing industry.
Selected recipients gain access to exclusive leadership development opportunities, industry-wide recognition, and a platform to expand their professional network.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be an active member of the SMTA

Age 40 or under as of June 2026
​​
Demonstrated excellence and leadership in the technical field
Including noteworthy contributions to their profession or industry as well as significant impact on their organization, community, or beyond​
Must attend SMTA International in-person
​​
Past winners of Next Gen 10 or 40 Under 40 programs are not eligible
